Decorating the Christmas Tree

On Monday night we finally got our Christmas tree decorated. The tree has been up for over a week with the box of ornaments sitting next to it. We figured it was either now or never since we are leaving for Iowa on Thursday for Marna's graduation. We also put up some garland above the balcony door and hung up some swag-style lights outside. The lights are leftover from our wedding, which we didn't actually use because the reception hall already had lights of their own. They are pretty difficult to untangle but I think they look good. Not that anyone will see them since nobody ever goes behind our apartment building in the winter....
