We're counting down....

Only 11 days until Baby Nelson’s due date and we think we’re ready: meals have been cooked and frozen, bags are packed, car seat is installed, etc. And, as of Tuesday, we’ve finished doing some decorating in the baby’s room. Because we’re in an apartment, we can’t paint or paper the walls but we definitely wanted to add some personal touches to make the room more like a baby’s room. So, this month I’ve been busy crafting felt creatures to hang on the walls – we decided on an animal theme. I found cute coloring book pages on the web that we then enlarged and used as patterns. I have my eye on a cute animal throw rug and we have plans to spell the baby’s name in wooden letters on the wall. Aside from that, we’re done!
